DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! Got plenty of reasons. I'm just going to continue to pay for the car I have. And never go back. And if I could go back I would have taken the advice I was given... "Don't buy a car from there." Point is. Don't buy a car from these people.

NEVER EVER EVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE I bought a 2007 KIA and in 2 months the ignition went out and it cost me 1900 dollars to fix but they were so nice and just add it to my over priced car I have bought a few cars in my time and bought them from a diffrent places but this is hands down the worst place to get a car and if you are new to buying a car they are very shady in explaining what total cost is why it is ultimately up to the consumer to know what you are getting they do this every day and most customers they deal with are in desperate need and don't pay attention so they take advantage of this

This is a very crooked business

They don't live up to their $100 gift referral program. But since the broker is a EX CON this would seem logical

I have been a customer at the Ashland branch for approximately 4 years. I have purchased and traded 6 vehicles for myself and another 4 for my children. I also have referred numerous other customers, and have always received the cash incentive for doing so. Rob, Scott, and all of the mechanics have continually displayed professionalism and excellent customer service far beyond what I had ever received at traditional dealerships. @ Nickname - I would suggest that if you did not receive your referral that the person you referred did not list your name when purchasing their vehicle. However, if they stated to you that they did then I would definately call whichever branch you deal with and explain the situation, as they are very eager to keep happy and therefore returning customers. As for the owner being an Ex-con..I don't know this to be true or not, but I do know that everyone makes mistakes, many of which they are not proud of and many of those individuals do change. For whatever has happened in the past this company now provides a valuable service to alot of people that would thus not be able to qualify for a traditional bank loan during these tough financial times.
